If you are wondering, what exactly you are paying solid cash for a posh locality upmarket house in Hyderabad (Approx 10 - 15 crores) ? Is it for the lash green parks in the neighborhood? Is it for a Large community halls with good sports ground and small shopping malls around to stroll. Or do you get huge parking lots?
