Posh Locality comes with added facilities

If you are wondering, what exactly you are paying solid cash for a posh locality upmarket house in Hyderabad (Approx 10 - 15 crores) ? Is it for the lash green parks in the neighborhood? Is it for a Large community halls with good sports ground and small shopping malls around to stroll. Or do you get  huge parking lots?  Is it something your BMW or Bentley gives absolute pleasure to drive (not pleasure for the chauffeur). Does someone who is visiting your home can have lots of parking space? Or Is there a good Library within walkable distance ? Or do your kids have a good play area with swings, Jungle gym or a See Saw with child protected floor ? What are we getting after spending crores. 

Many builder are offering world class building across India. Ofcouse these are gated communities.

The Wired city - Hyderabad

Hyderabad Sat Aug 7th 2010  Passing through every street and every colony in the city of Hyderabad, you must not have given much attention to one thing. Wires here, wires there and wires everywhere. Yes,  Be it Electrical wires, Telecom wires, Cable TV wires or Internet providers wires.
               I'm not sure why we need so many wires ? If we need so many, why can't they be underground. I lived in Cities like Bangalore and visited Chennai multiple times. I haven't seen so many wires dangling in this complicated way. And, I know this is common in small towns where there is lack of planning for wiring and cabling. I recently visited Harley Davidson show room. And, there too are these cables hanging. I even seen these in Posh localities like Banjara hills, Jubliee hills and Hitech city. The beauty is just killed drastically when these wires come blocking or distracting your vision.   
         Hyderabad is a 5th Major city in India. It is expected to have underground cabling and make Hyderabad a beautiful city. This is unique to Hyderabad. I'm not sure why they are so neglected. In India we dig roads for no reason. They can be easily made available through underground. This not only affects the beauty of Hyderabad city but also the very image of Hyderabad as we all call it a Major city where the BMWs, Benz and Bentleys roam.
